Introduction: From a long time ago, benefiting from TECHNOLOGY has been an inevitable thing for human interests, which is born AND based on science. It can be claimed that there is harmony between ethics, science AND TECHNOLOGY, which promote each other. In this article, the researcher discusses this harmony AND compatibility. Material AND Methods: The current review study was descriptive AND using the study of sources AND research keywords among the books AND articles published in the databases of Thomson INFORMATION Institute, Science Direct AND Pub Med. Conclusion: As science AND TECHNOLOGY continue to advance AND become more integrated into our daily lives, ethical considerations become increasingly important. For example, the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) has raised questions about the potential implications of creating machines that can make autonomous decisions AND take actions. If science AND TECHNOLOGY were considered as a tool, it should have been able to subjugate humans AND influence all aspects of behavior AND values. While it has become a problem that eventually becomes aligned with morality by applying reason, AND people now seek help from it as a tool.

In some point of view, neither Michel Foucault nor Ibn Khaldun are considered philosophers in the conventional classifications, but both are very  important in intellectual AND, of course, in philosophical contexts, especially for those who are interested in the deep study of human life from the PERSPECTIVE of political thought.The main concern of two thinkers, one in the 14th century, the other in the 20th century, is the issue  of power, although neither of them provided a precise definition of it. In this article, an attempt has been made to show the place of power AND domination in the political thought of both thinkers by examining the thoughts of two thinkers. AND in search of an answer to this question, how did Asabiyyah AND industry of religion in Ibn Khaldun's thought AND social control through self-TECHNOLOGY AND discipline in Foucault's thought lead to the expansion of the domination of power? This article is written by analytically comparing the opinions of two thinkers based on Ibn Khaldun's most important book called Muqaddimah AND Foucault's late works

The intellect is the distinguishing feature of man from animals which has not been found anything more harmful than wine for intellect AND the descent of man into the position of animalism is the result of that. Wine has always been forbidden in the heavenly religions based on this, however, the time AND manner of declaring its prohibition in Islam has led to the confrontation of two viewpoints in the instant prohibition with the intoxicate of sleep in the sense of the state of being intoxicated (Arabic: سُکارَی) in verse 4:43 An-Nisāʾ (Arabic: النساء, An-Nisāʾ) AND gradual prohibition with the intoxicate of wine. The findings of this research by a library study AND descriptive analytical method indicate the accuracy of the theory of instant prohibition with Quranic, narrational proofs AND rational confirmations AND historical evidence in declaring the prohibition of wine in Makkī (Arabic: المکّیّ, suras revealed in Mecca) verses in early Biʿtha (Arabic: بِعثة) AND its emphasizing in verse 5:90 Al-Maʾidah (Arabic: المائدة, Al-Māʾidah). In contrast, the inaccuracy of the theory of gradual prohibition of wine was proved due to its content contradiction AND opposition to the Holy Book of Quran, because it is stated, on the one hAND, that wine in the first stage was forbidden during the prayer time with the revelation of verse 43 of An-Nisāʾ, the sixth Madanī (Arabic: المدنیّ, suras revealed in Medina) surah in order to justify the gradual theory with the gradual rational law, but on the other hAND, it is stated to the absolute prohibition of wine in its verse 219 AND also in some Makkī verses by violating the law of gradualness, by declaring that Surah Al-Baqarah is one of the first Madanī Chapters (suras) according to consensus that was revealed after the Hijrah (Arabic: الهجرة). Consequently, the occasions or circumstances of revelations in Sunni exegeses by negation the intoxication of wine in gradual theory have subjective exit from this verse for the motivation of defense of drinking wine of some people AND the unjust attribution to others by incorrect justifying the allowance of wine until the revelation of verse 43 of An-Nisāʾ in Medina. Therefore, the distinction between declaring the prohibition of wine in Mecca in early Biʿtha AND the delay of several years of execution of Ḥadd (fixed punishment) of Khmer (the drinking of alcohol, shurb khamr) in Medina in instant theory, in addition to creating strong motivation in leaving AND religious final notice has also been a kind of educational method of Islam. While the announcement of the absolute prohibition of wine at the same time as the implementation of its Ḥadd (fixed punishment) with the revelation of verse 90 of Al-Maʾidah from the last Madanī Surahs (Surah Madaniyah) or Madani chapters in the gradual theory is against the educational method expected by them. The unjustifiable consumption of some companions of drinking wine in Medina until the revelation of the prohibition verse in addition to the achievement of the Quranic theory of Saib Tabrizi (Persian: صائب تبریزی, Romanized: Ṣāʾib Tabrīzī) is among the consequences of proving instant theory of the prohibition wine.

Many books have been written to illustrate the position of the new technologies in teaching AND learning a foreign or second language (L2); nonetheless, most of these books have not been successful. The HANDbook of TECHNOLOGY AND Second Language Teaching AND Learning edited by Caral A. Chapell AND Shanon Sauro AND published by Wiley Blackwell in 2017, provides a comprehensive overview of the various facets of the use of TECHNOLOGY in teaching AND learning an L2. This book has not been translated into Persian AND no critical review has been published for it; accordingly, this study sought to both introduce AND critically review this book. The current critical review revealed some advantages including comprehensiveness of the whole book, the expertise of the writers, up-to-dateness, content AND format integrity, AND the use of valid sources. The main criticisms are the exclusion of some of the very recent technologies, perhaps due to the ever-changing AND exponentially volatile nature of the technological improvements AND expansions, the introduction of too many technologies at the theoretical level without providing INFORMATION about their practical use. Generally, the book is an invaluable AND academically written source for L2 practitioners, postgraduate students, AND researchers.

Curriculum as the backbone of the educational system is one of the important factors in creating fundamental changes in the higher education system; The purpose of this research is to explain the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education model from the Islamic point of view AND  the Leader, so that it can be used to examine the curriculum of architecture education in terms of the realization of entrepreneurship components in students. The method of the current research is a mixed exploratory one, which in the qualitative part, by examining the views of the Leader in his articles, books AND speeches, descriptive propositions of his thought regarding the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education were extracted with the implication research method. In the quantitative part, the data was analyzed using structural equation method AND using SPSS20 AND smart PLS software. The findings showed that the model of entrepreneurship from the Leader'spoint of view can be divided into four main pillars: vision, knowledge, skill AND business. AND each of these main pillars overlaps with the model of effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in architecture curriculum. In this way, architecture higher education centers can, in addition to creating entrepreneurship curricula in the field of architecture, by identifying the potentials in the curricula of this field, strengthen the strengths AND eliminate the weaknesses in them. This model, while providing the conditions for the realization of entrepreneurship education in academic fields, provides the context for the implementation of a local model in the light of Islamic orders.

Objective: In many countries, the advancements in INFORMATION technologies AND the decentralized computing method has inspired hope to take advantage of modern INFORMATION technologies, such as artificial intelligence, in order to overcome the unique challenges in global health including the coronavirus crisis. The following study tries to examine the possible future scenarios in the industry, with the aim of discovering new opportunities to increase health AND quality of life.Findings: Considering the research literature, seventeen drivers, which had affected the research in three dimensions, were identified AND the Delphi method was used for the accuracy of confirmation, their rankings AND for the calculation of their certainty. The relationships between the drivers AND the identified dimensions were measured AND confirmed in the form of hypotheses AND model presentations by structural equation methods. Using the cross-matrix method, five drivers were identified as risk AND goal. Finally, through the identification of uncertainty AND risk AND goal drivers, four scenarios were developed.Conclusion: Conclusion: The treatment structure AND medical equipment influenced by COVID-19 pANDemic conditions AND due to the growth rate, optimal AND intelligent application of modern digital technologies creates a wide-ranging evolution in this field AND illustrates the possibility of achieving a desired future by taking advantage of the scenario of the formation of an interconnected global society AND the realization of global health in the interaction of artificial intelligence drivers, novel production demANDs, sanctions, internet of things (IoT) AND blockchain.

Nature has aesthetics of its own, what can provoke the human mind into better recognizing the concept of beauty via mental perception. As such, human mind can interact with the nonverbal expressions of nature only to better his/her primitive aesthetic knowledge AND reach a more novel recognition of aestheticism via the practice of interpretative deduction. This article has been the result of a series of discussions AND dialogues between the authors on the nature of aesthetic geotouring AND exploring the natural phenomena based on the Dialectical Method of Socrates AND modelled after the Platonic dialogues. The outcome of this dialectic study brings to light the fact that touring in nature through providing the due opportunity for mental perception of aesthetic phenomena can provide a clearer definition of ‘beauty’ in its rich variety. Aesthetic search as such will culminate in forming a more illuminated mental concept of beauty in mind, what can influence human rationale for aesthetic judgment AND enrich even more the texture of human aesthetic creation. Such aesthetico-interpretative endeavor might lead to a higher potential for creating more original works of literature AND art AND culminate in a better judgment about such aesthetic creations.

The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the employment competencies of educational graduates from the PERSPECTIVE of view of employers. This research was applied in terms of purpose AND was among the qualitative researches of Grounded Theory type. The participants of this research included 24 employers in the field of educational (interviewers for the Education recruitment exam, directors of non-state educational institutes, directors AND recruitment officers of non-state schools, directors of kindergartens AND preschools) in BirjAND city. Data were collected using semi-structured interview AND analyzed by Strauss AND Corbin method AND using MAXQDA-2020 software. In order to validate the research, two methods of member control AND peer review or feedback were used. Consecutive review AND comparison of data resulted in the extraction of 28 categories AND 6 themes. Data analysis led to the formation of a sub-theory. The model shows that the focal variable is the process of education AND teaching skills. The focal variable, under the influence of contextual AND intermediate conditions, leads to the formation of the strategies of "being a lifelong learner", "research skills", "planning skills", "classroom skills AND classroom management", "purposefulness" AND "problem solving skills". became Finally, "increasing employability" was the consequence of this process.

E-citizen compared to traditional citizen experiences a more modern life has more confidence for living in the age of INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION; AND will defend his/her citizen rights with more capability. Learning e-citizen skills increases the ability of using new COMMUNICATION technologies which in turn increases their readiness in employing electronic government facilities AND services. In this way AND with an aim of studying the factors influencing on e-city, after review of existing literature AND interviews with experts of e-commerce, INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY, the most important indicators of e-city establishment have been extracted AND their important priorities have been determined by using a questionnaire from the point of view the IT active MANAGERS in the Yazd province. Results have been analyzed by the use of MADM techniques (both traditional AND fuzzy) AND the most important factors have also been determined AND prioritized. Findings imply that factors such as e-procurement, e- transactions AND long-term strategic thinking at the country macro-level are the factors with the highest importance in establishment of Yazd e-city from viewpoint of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGERS AND experts in Yazd province. Also, the two dimensions of IT governance AND Customer Relationship Management have been identified as the most important dimensions.
